By accessing or using CubicZo applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Description of Services

CubicZo provides the following web applications:

  • SplitFuse: A developer tool for splitting and combining HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
  • PWA Validator: A tool for validating Progressive Web Apps and generating Capacitor Android projects.

3. User Accounts

Some applications require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our applications for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our applications.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in CubicZo applications are owned by or licensed to CubicZo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our applications. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our applications, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep our applications available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CubicZo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you used our free services).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
